This is such a juicy and tasty natural process coffee from a Colombian farm founded by Juan David Cardona, who transitioned from astrophysics to coffee to run the family farm.  Through his experiments with fermentation and drying, he crafts vibrant and bold flavors with high quality coffee beans.  The cup opens with sweet and delicious light strawberry aroma. The flavor has elements of grape, mango, dark chocolate, caramel, and strawberry that intensifiy as the cup cools.  It is sweet, low acidity, medium/heavy body, and smooth, it’s like high chew candy.
