This is a classic Colombian washed process coffee from the Huila region. Close to the equator with rich volcanic soil, this region is celebrated for its high quality, often award winning coffee beans, and is known for producing delicate, sweet and fragrant coffee profiles. In the cup there is a black cherry and cola sensation, mixed with some almond and chocolate cake. This is a sweet, warm and comforting coffee, with medium body that feels buttery and substantial. Classic and versatile - hard to go wrong with this one!
