This organic, washed process coffee, offers a classic Colombian cup from the Cauca region, which is located near the equator with a stable year round microclimate, ideal for consistently producing high quality, well developed coffees.
This is such a pleasant coffee - clean, refreshing and tasty! Flavors of smooth milk chocolate, nougat and almond are complimented by hints of honey, lemon and lime on the back end, together with a gentle cocoa finish. It is bright, clean and smooth, with a natural sweetness that is nicely complemented by its medium body and acidity. A really great everyday cup!
